9:30 AM – 10:45 AM | Introduction to LLMs (Lee)

11:00 AM – 12:15 PM | Using Copilot in Your Workflows (Ash)

This session explores how AI-powered coding assistants like GitHub Copilot can enhance your development workflow.

  • Best practices for integrating Copilot into your workflow
  • Real-world coding examples and live demos

Afternoon sessions

1:15 PM – 2:45 PM | Building an Application Using Cursor.ai (Lee)

In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to build and deploy applications using Curser, an AI-native development platform.

  • Creating an application from scratch
  • Modifying and updating the AI-created application

3:00 PM – 4:30 PM | Embedding LLMs into Your Application Logic (Lee)

This final session will dive deeper into integrating LLMs into business applications. We’ll explore techniques for embedding AI capabilities into your software solutions.

Ash Hitchcock, Head of Development

Stephen Courtney

Ash joined Fresh Egg as a senior web designer in 2012. Specialising in front end development, he is responsible for leading the production, modification and maintenance of websites and web application user interfaces. Ash is a full stack developer, with familiarity in each layer of the website development process and a passion for the JAMStack. He has a skillset encompassing HTML, CSS and JavaScript, as well as Gatsby, React, NodeJS, PHP, WordPress, MySQL, and working in a ASP.net environment. While working at Fresh Egg, he has also gained his Google Analytics Individual Qualification along with platform qualifications for Optimizely, Monetate and Qubit.

Stephen Courtney

Lee started his professional journey immediately after university, founding the development agency Netescape Limited. For 17 years, he led the company, specialising in creating solutions for both public and private sector clients, including numerous policing agencies and UK Public Transport Operators. His leadership resulted in the development of a SaaS platform, which led to the successful sale of the agency to a technology group focused on transport. Lee is now pleased to be building on his experience and expertise in Artificial Intelligence at Fresh Egg, applying his vast experience across a diverse range of client projects as our AI Engineering Director.
