Callum Grantham, Content Director
Having graduated with a first-class degree in English and Creative Writing, Callum began his career in digital in 2011 at the University of Chichester. During his time there, he helped develop the brand’s social media presence and was part of the team that created and launched the University’s new website in 2012. Next, took on primary responsibility for content strategy, content design, and reporting across a range of clients at a Brighton-based marketing agency. In search of room to grow, he joined Fresh Egg as content manager in 2017. During his time at Fresh Egg, Callum has focused on developing content services to keep our ways of working at the forefront of the discipline, including introducing content design as a working methodology. He is particularly interested in the role of content in user experience and the overlap between content and other digital specialisms. He was promoted to Content Director in 2021.
Lucie Sadler, Senior Content Manager
Looking for her first job in digital, she joined a technology start-up as a copywriter and social media manager in 2013. Lucie had an instrumental role in developing the company’s service offerings and brand identity, and as the business expanded, took on wider digital marketing responsibilities. After being promoted to head of content in 2018, she implemented a content strategy across several global markets, achieving success with video, email marketing and social media content. Most recently, Lucie brought her tech industry expertise to a marketing manager role at a SaaS company before joining the content team at Fresh Egg in 2021. Having worked in-house for nearly a decade, Lucie has experience delivering large-scale content projects, as well as a strong background in PR and brand marketing. In her first agency role at Fresh Egg, she also brings an understanding of the challenges faced by in-house teams and client-agency relationships.
