With a background in marketing across a range of sectors starting in 2011, Callum joined Fresh Egg in 2017. During his time here, Callum has focused on developing content services to keep the agency’s ways of working at the forefront of the discipline, embracing strategic, user-led approaches and integrating user research. He is particularly interested in the role of content in user experience and human-centred practices, drawing on his background in language and linguistics.

Sarah’s love for experience design came about while working at a London-based tech-for-good agency. It was here that she was challenged with designing websites and platform experiences for charities, foundations, and not-for-profits including Citizens Advice, Family Action, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Rhodes Trust and The Big Give. In recent years, Sarah has developed a passion for accessibility and has undergone training with AbilityNet, as well as writing an accessibility e-learning course aimed at the charity sector. Accessibility and inclusivity is at the forefront of her design work and she always strives to get to know users wants and needs and create tailored design solutions..
