In 2009, Rich began working with Umbraco CMS, becoming a respected member of the Umbraco community. In 2011, he co-founded Umbrella Inc., a successful Umbraco agency with high-profile clients such as Jaguar, Debrett's, and Lazard. A few years later, Rich led the pitch to Carlsberg to build a unified web platform for their global websites. The project provided Carlsberg with a scalable and consistent platform across different markets, earning the "Managing Platforms: Pegasus" award at the Danish Digital Awards.
Matt Smith, Front End Development Director
Over the past decade, Matt has progressed through roles as a front end developer and senior developer, ultimately becoming front end development director. In this role, Matt leads development efforts on projects and remains hands-on in building cutting-edge websites. He focuses on developing performant, accessible websites through creating effective design systems. Matt leverages modern tooling and innovative approaches to deliver high-quality websites for clients involving complex and large-scale builds.
