UX/UI Designer (3-6 month contract) London EC1

An outstanding opportunity for an experienced UX/.UI Designer to work with an emerging FinTech organisation that provides a technology platform that enables financial institutions to service the growing SME sector by providing low cost, fast and secure cross border payments and access to financing solutions.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for helping to craft and manage the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our website and other user touchstones. This role will involve creating design concepts that address both user and business needs.

You must have a minimum of three years of design experience (and the portfolio to prove it) as a hands-on interaction/visual designer of launched web, mobile and/or software applications. We hope that you have a thorough understanding of interaction design principles and the importance of user-centred design thinking and that you can illustrate and communicate design ideas through conversation and visually.

We would like for you to be able to iterate, test, throw away and refine designs, and to constantly evaluate new design, prototyping, and collaboration tools. You will have a working knowledge of Sketch, InVision, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite.
